St. Catharines
Full House Transformation
Old carpet. Closed walls. A kitchen that hadn't been touched in 40 years. We gutted it, opened the whole main floor, built a deck where a window used to be, and finished a full basement suite. Top to bottom — nothing was left untouched.
- Exterior full pressure wash, repainted trim, windows, doors & carport
- Full open-concept conversion — living room, kitchen & dining combined
- Two-tone kitchen: white shakers + dark charcoal island, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink
- Dining window converted to sliding patio door + new pressure-treated deck
- Main bath: cabinets refinished, shower fully renovated, new tile & black hardware
- Basement fully developed: bedrooms, full bath with rain shower, laundry room
- LVP flooring throughout, recessed lighting, all new interior doors
- Permits pulled, all trades coordinated — owner dealt with one person only
What started as a kitchen call became a full main floor transformation — walls removed, glass stair railing, floor-to-ceiling marble tile fireplace wall, quartz island, crown moulding, and under-cabinet LEDs. One call, every trade.
Full kitchen reno with 3D design first — white shakers, Calacatta quartz waterfall island with moved sink, subway tile, dark LVP, under-cabinet LEDs, and a dramatic 2-storey picture frame accent wall in slate grey.
Wall opened to create a peninsula island with seating — cream raised-panel cabinets, granite countertops, white subway tile with decorative arch pattern, under-cabinet LEDs, and Edison pendant lights. Exactly what the customer envisioned.
